Paintball For Pets

Animal rescue is a passion of the Savage and Schweiger families. There are five rescue dogs (and a very fat cat) in the Savage home, and three resident dogs and one foster that reside with the Schweiger's. We have seen first hand the importance of animal rescue, particularly with the work done by the Animal Rescue League. So, our goal is to support the ARL's mission of providing temporary shelter, food, medical attention, and comfort to all abandoned, neglected and injured animals brought in by the community; to restore lost animals to their owners or seek new homes for them, and to educate the public about the humane care of animals with a goal of reducing overpopulation. The ARL takes in approximately 13,000 animals annually—15% came to the ARL after being turned away from a limited admission shelter. As an Open Door Shelter, the ARL treats and rehabilitates sick, injured, and abused animals who would otherwise be left to suffer needlessly and dangerous animals left loose to roam the street. There is no time limit on an animal's stay at the ARL —they keep all healthy, friendly companion animals safe and comfortable until they meet their forever family. In 2014, the ARL re-homed over 7,000 companion animals and treated over 2,700 injured wildlife. The Savage and Schweiger families would like to invite you and your company to participate as a sponsor of the First Annual Savage/Schweiger Paintball for Pets!
